Job Description
We are looking for a well seasoned Factory Director to join one of our clients based in Ja-Ela.
The ideal candidate should possess:
- Possess a BSc or MSc in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with a minimum of 15 years of industrial experience
- Exposure in an ISO environment and experience as an internal auditor for ISO standards
- Six Sigma / Black belt certification preferred
- Experience in an ERP system like SAP
- Proven leadership skills to optimize team performance
- Excellent relationship management skills to engage key stakeholders
