Role Description

This full-time on-site role is for a Facility Management Executive based in Colombo. Responsibilities include overseeing daily operations and maintenance to ensure smooth facility functioning. Strong communication, problem-solving skills, and decision-making abilities are required.

Responsibilities

• Manage maintenance, repair, and facility upkeep to meet safety standards
• Implement preventive maintenance programs and coordinate with vendors
• Conduct facility inspections, maintain records, and collaborate with internal stakeholders

Qualifications

• Facility Management skills and building management experience
