Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Facility Management Executive at Durdans Hospital, located in Colombo. The role entails overseeing and maintaining high standards across various facility management areas.
- Fire safety
- Waste management
- Hazardous material management
- Biomedical equipment safety
- Laboratory safety
- Occupational health and safety
- Construction and renovation projects

Additionally, the Facility Management Executive will coordinate the hospital’s Facility and Safety Committee, develop policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and ensure seamless operations and compliance.
Qualifications
- Technical Knowledge of facilities operations and Facility Management (FM)
- Experience in Building Management
- Excellent Communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively
- Demonstrated resilience and adaptability
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Knowledge of healthcare facility regulations
- Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management or related field
