Qualifications and Experience:
- Should have a Degree or Professional qualification in Facility Management.
- We are seeking an experienced Assistant Facilities Manager/Facilities Manager with expertise in building maintenance, construction, and rentals to oversee and manage Group properties.
- Experience with building approvals, sustainability, efficiency, tenant management, and budgeting.
- Excellent verbal and communication skills for interactions with local authorities and regulatory bodies.
- An analytical and critical thinking skills are essential.
