Job Description
- Manage Team Member Accommodation to enhance internal customer satisfaction.
- Ensure residents’ well-being and resolve conflicts.
- Maintain clean, well-presented accommodation meeting health and safety standards.
- Supervise maintenance, cost control, and compliance with regulations.
- Support Team Member welfare and CSR activities.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in housekeeping operations and customer service.
- Strong supervisory, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and compliance.
