Job Description
Qualifications:
- 2 Years relevant Experience in a similar role in Facilities Management
- Must speak Arabic or English

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of facility management services to ensure efficient and effective delivery.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of the facilities management team.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure the facilities meet health, safety, and environmental standards.
- Manage and maintain all facilities equipment, ensuring timely repairs and preventive maintenance.
- Liaise with external contractors and vendors to ensure services are delivered to high standards.
- Develop and implement facilities management policies and procedures.
- Respond promptly to facility-related emergencies and issues.
- Maintain records of maintenance activities and prepare reports as needed.
- Monitor and control budget and expenditure related to facility management.
