Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Fabric Quality Assurance Manager to join our Business Partner’s team. The successful candidate will oversee all quality assurance operations, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in quality assurance within the textile industry.
• Wide technical knowledge of jersey fabrics, both synthetic and natural fibers.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement quality control systems.
• Manage quality assurance teams for consistent product quality.
• Collaborate with technical and lab departments.
• Address customer quality expectations.
• Maintain detailed records of quality assurance activities.
• Train and mentor quality assurance staff.
