Job Description
Overall coordination of warehouse activities for FMCG/apparel sector for Raw Material and Finished Goods.
- Supervising receiving, storage, and dispatch aligning with service standards and cost objectives.
- Attend to customer complaints, maintain customer satisfaction, and generate client reports.
- Conduct supplier evaluations, monitor progress, and act as authorized person for warehouse transactions.
- Ensure accuracy of inbound/outbound shipments, reconcile inventories and records, and manage outsourced staff.
