Job Description
Trainee Executive – Technical Services
- Fresh graduate of Bachelor’s degree (in physical science) / NDT / engineering or related discipline
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Effective communication skills with the ability to explain technical information clearly
- Customer-oriented approach with a passion for delivering exceptional service
- Prior experience in technical support or related field is a plus
- Good Computer Literacy
Assistant – Technical Services
- NVQ Level 3 or equivalent engineering or related qualification
- Strong problem-solving & communication skills
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality service
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Prior experience in technical support or related field is advantageous
