Job Description

SN Travel (Pvt) Ltd, a premier outbound tour operator based in Colombo, Sri Lanka, is seeking dynamic individuals to join our team as Executive Ticketing & Reservations. This is an excellent opportunity to advance your career with us as we expand globally.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

• Handling inquiries and assisting with tickets, pricing, and schedules.
• Determining customer requirements, suggesting flight options, and scheduling.
• Providing accurate visa information, coordinating with airlines, issuing tickets, and communicating airport rules to clients.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in reservation systems like Galileo, Amadeus, or Sabre and a solid understanding of the Travel & Airline Industry.
• Knowledge of flight destinations, schedules, routes, airline codes, fare types, and travel restrictions.
• Excellent customer service, multitasking, communication, and networking skills are required.
• Fluency in English and local language(s), flexibility to work in shifts and remotely.
• Diploma in ticketing or an IATA certification.
