KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes
- Facilitate employee relations and conflict resolution
- Oversee performance appraisals and provide guidance to managers
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and develop HR policies
- Identify training needs and oversee compensation packages
QUALIFICATIONS:
