Job Description
The ideal candidate would be expected to;
- Ensure efficient service supporting the CEO/Secretary General, Board, and Committee in secretarial and administrative duties.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare papers and agendas, and record proceedings accurately for comprehensive meeting minutes.
- Proactively follow up on action items, maintain organized records, and assist in creating impactful presentations.
- Represent the CEO confidently, organize seamless events, and collaborate on various tasks.
The candidate must have;
- 8+ years of similar experience, relevant professional qualifications, and excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and AI/Chat GPT tools, strong planning capabilities, and general industry knowledge.
