Role Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Executive to join our Risk and Control team. This role is crucial in supporting our efforts to identify, assess, and mitigate risks across our Dankotuwa factory operations. The ideal candidate will assist in implementing risk management strategies, conducting audits, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
Qualifications
- Analytical Skills and Data Analysis capabilities
- Finance expertise
- Strong Communication skills
- 2 – 3 years of experience in Internal Controls
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Relevant degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
