Join Resplendent Ceylon as a Senior Executive in Direct Sales and be a part of our extraordinary ‘tea, sea, and safari’ experience. Your role will be pivotal in driving conversions and boosting revenue across the Resplendent and Reverie collections.
Resplendent Ceylon offers a complete ‘tea, sea and safari’ experience across its trio of Relais & Chateaux properties: Ceylon Tea Trails, Wild Coast Tented Lodge and Cape Weligama. Reverie is our new collection of small, laid-back properties in idyllic parts of Sri Lanka, starting with two beachside resorts Ahu Bay and Kayaam House.
The Role
The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the administration and delivery of operational training programmes, as well as analyzing learning needs identified from guest satisfaction surveys and developing training calendars aimed at enhancing the skills and knowledge of our ambassadors
Your Profile
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in administering and conducting training programmes within the hospitality industry, with 2-3 years of relevant experience.
• Strong understanding of operational processes and procedures in a hospitality setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
