Job Description
Dipped Products PLC is looking for a dynamic Executive – R&D for its manufacturing facility at Kottawa.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead process and product developments in lab and plant scale.
- Ensure product and process validation in various plants.
- Ensure new products meet legal requirements in all markets served.
- Develop samples for different customers.
- Collaborate with various departments for cross-functional projects.
- Perform additional duties as requested by management.
Person’s Profile:
- Required: BSc in Chemical Engineering/Polymer Science/Material Science.
- Preferred: Postgraduate qualification in Polymer Science/Engineering.
- Experience: 2-3 years in glove manufacturing or R&D.
- Knowledge of Glove manufacturing processes.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
