Job Description

NOLIMIT Sri Lanka is seeking a dedicated Executive for Research & Development to join our team. Responsibilities include developing strategies for sustainability and growth in the fashion industry, from concept to consumer.

• Must have a degree in research & development, experience in database management, and good analytical skills.
• 1-2 years of research & development experience preferred.

Candidates should be able to analyze trends, understand customer psychology, conduct consumer research, and focus on product innovation. Knowledge of textile/material quality and market analysis is a plus.
