Key Responsibilities:
- Arrange and dispatch product samples requested by the Marketing Team.
- Perform sensory analysis with the marketer before shipping samples.
- Handle packaging and coordinate shipments through DHL or FedEx.
- Follow up with the Factory QA Team for pre-shipment samples.
- Inspect product labels and outer cartons to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Prepare shipping documents, including COAs and Health Certificates.
- Coordinate with the Shipping Department for timely dispatch of consignments.
- Handle customer inquiries and questionnaires from the Marketing Team.
- Review and approve product labels and cartons before printing.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Quality Management, or related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge in IFS, HACCP, ISO, TQMS, and BRC.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Experience in the food industry is a plus.
