Job Description

We are currently looking for a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as an Executive in Public & Customer Relations at OREL IT. In this role, you will be responsible for managing relationships with the public, customers, and stakeholders to ensure positive engagement and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities include developing and implementing strategies to enhance our public image, handling customer inquiries and feedback, coordinating public relations activities, and fostering positive relationships with the community.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of customer service principles, and the ability to multitask effectively. Previous experience in public relations or customer service would be a plus.
