Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Record and classify received incidents and resolve immediately.
- Verify resolution with users in Salesforce software.
- Implement and train IDS Next’s products for hotel customers.
- Complete projects within timelines.
- Coordinate internally and externally for projects.
- Maintain good customer relations and meet targets.
- Identify and escalate issues to supervisors.
- Provide first-line investigation of incidents and service requests.
- Keep users informed about incident statuses.
- Escalate major incidents and work under pressure.
- Own incidents and service requests throughout their lifecycle.
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years experience in hotel operations.
- Experience in Finance/accounts management is a plus.
- Good understanding of computer systems.
- Basic knowledge in SQL scripting and crystal report.
- Customer-oriented attitude with professionalism.
- Strong multi-tasking and time management skills.
- Excellent written and spoken communication in English.
- Ability to travel and remain at client sites.
- High attention to detail.
