We are looking for a strategic, analytical Senior Executive to join our HR team. The ideal candidate should have strong HR analytics skills, knowledge of US HR standards, and be flexible to work during US hours.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate local and international operations, reporting progress to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with departments to streamline operations.
- Strategize and innovate: Implement strategic projects and execute management decisions.
- Identify process improvements and ensure seamless service delivery.
- Evaluate and inspire: Guide executive performance and support data-driven decision-making.
- Manage projects, aligning with leadership’s vision.
- Perform data analysis related to Operations.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in operations, finance, or management.
- Degree in Business Management, Finance, or related field.
- Professional qualification in CIMA/ACCA.
- Proficiency in English, Sinhala, and Tamil.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Valid riding/driving license (advantageous).
