Job Description
Job Duties:
- Ensure safety of personnel, plants, and machinery while improving manufacturing process.
- Prepare annual maintenance budget and manage expenditure.
- Plan and execute maintenance programs for knitting machinery to optimize costs and minimize downtime.
- Manage spare parts inventory and prevent high inventory costs.
- Minimize downtimes and machine failures while meeting quality standards.
- Carry out asset management and maintenance systems/tools for optimal plant machinery operations.
- Prepare investment budgets and appraisals, equipment manuals, and project proposals.
- Communicate problems and strategies to engineering and manufacturing managers.
Requirements:
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- 1-2 years experience in a similar role
- Knowledge in Project Management
- Understanding of manufacturing environment
- Attention to detail
