Job Description
- JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Degree, Professional Qualification in HR.
- Experience in HR Systems & Sound Knowledge in MS Office, Canva, or other design applications.
- Hands-on Experience in Learning & Development and PMS required.
- Minimum of 3-4 Years of Relevant Experience.
- Manage Organizational Communications and Employee Engagement.
- Resolve employee relations issues and address grievances.
- Contribute to business decision-making.
- REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 6 ‘Credit’ passes at GCE O/L incl. Math & English, 3 passes at GCE A/L.
- Bachelor’s Degree (Preferably in HR or Business Management) or professional equivalent.
- Minimum of 3-4 Years Relevant Experience.
- Sound knowledge in Oracle HRIS is an advantage.
- Ability to work with MS Office, Canva, and other design & reporting tools.
- Confidentiality, analytical skills, excellent communication required.
