• JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Degree, Professional Qualification in HR.
• Experience in HR Systems & Sound Knowledge in MS Office, Canva, or other design applications.
• Hands-on Experience in Learning & Development and PMS required.
• Minimum of 3-4 Years of Relevant Experience.
• Manage Organizational Communications and Employee Engagement.
• Resolve employee relations issues and address grievances.
• Contribute to business decision-making.
• REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
• 6 ‘Credit’ passes at GCE O/L incl. Math & English, 3 passes at GCE A/L.
• Bachelor’s Degree (Preferably in HR or Business Management) or professional equivalent.
• Minimum of 3-4 Years Relevant Experience.
• Sound knowledge in Oracle HRIS is an advantage.
• Ability to work with MS Office, Canva, and other design & reporting tools.
• Confidentiality, analytical skills, excellent communication required.
