Job Description
- Degree, Professional Qualification in HR.
- Experience in using HR Systems and Sound Knowledge in Ms Office, Canva, or Any Other Applications Relating to Design Flyers and Submitting Management Reports.
- Hands-on Experience in L&D and PMS is a Must.
- Minimum of 3 – 4 Years of Relevant Experience.
- Manage Organizational Communications and Employee Engagement.
- Resolve employee relations issues and address grievances.
- Pro-actively contribute to the business decision-making by providing guidance and advice across all areas of the employee life cycle.
