Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure smooth IT operations in all LAUGFS companies
- Operate a service desk for issue resolution and technical assistance
- Troubleshoot software, hardware, and IT security
- Maintain PABX system, printer solutions, and IT asset inventory
- Facilitate onboarding, maintain meeting rooms, and collaborate with stakeholders
Qualifications:
- Diploma in Computer Science, ITIL certification preferred
- Minimum 2 years in IT service management or related roles
- Expertise in system/network administration, troubleshooting, and solution testing
