Job Description
Union Assurance, a leading corporate in the Life Insurance industry, is seeking an Executive for IRO Operations. The successful candidate will provide operational support to insurance relationship officers ensuring smooth business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage issuance of sales codes for IROs
- Coordinate with IT team for system setup
- Update recruitment reports and databases
- Assign and update policy listings
- Liaison with stakeholders and track system changes
- Provide business MI and prepare analytical dashboards
Qualifications:
- Graduate with 6+ months internship or 2+ years relevant experience
- Administrative and insurance industry knowledge
- Proficient in MS Office
- Ambitious, dynamic, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure
