Job Description

Position: Executive – International Marketing- Ekala Plant

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to increase brand awareness and drive sales in existing and new international markets.
• Identify and explore opportunities in new and existing markets to expand our global presence.
• Responsible for delivering personal and team results in volume, revenue, and profits.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to stay ahead in the international marketplace.
• Generating new business from existing and new customers while maintaining good customer relationships.
• Utilize digital marketing channels to enhance brand visibility and reach target audiences.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Management or equivalent qualification from a recognized university or institute.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role.
• Excellent communication skills to foster relationships with clients and partners.
• Ability to analyze market data and translate insights into strategies.
• Experience in creating and executing marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Digital branding and social media marketing experience is a plus.
• Team player who can work in cross-functional teams, with flexibility to travel and work long hours when required.
