- Handle and manage claims across various types of insurance policies.
- Work with stakeholders for effective processing of claims & Policies.
- Assist with renewals and policy changes.
- Maintain accurate records of policy and claims-related activities.
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of experience in the insurance industry.
- In-depth knowledge of various insurance policies.
- Hands-on experience in handling claims.
- Part qualifications in insurance.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Attention to detail and high accuracy in work.
- Good time management and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
