Job Description

We are a leading recruitment company in Sri Lanka looking for an Industrial Engineering Executive for a renowned food manufacturing company in Ja Ela. The role involves optimizing production processes, enhancing efficiency, and reducing costs within manufacturing operations.

• Analyze and evaluate current production processes
• Develop strategies for efficiency and productivity enhancement
• Lead projects for process optimization and cost-saving initiatives
• Conduct time and motion studies to improve workflow
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for continuous improvement
• Utilize lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Train production staff on best practices
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field, 3 years of industrial engineering experience in apparel manufacturing, proficiency in lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma, and strong analytical and project management skills.
