Job Description
MAS Fabrics – Matrix excels in product creation across Performance, Athleisure, Intimate apparel, and the Medical and Wearable tech space, collaborating with world-class brands at the intersection of Fashion and Functionality.
Empower transformation by becoming a driving force of change at MAS. We are looking for a dedicated individual to resolve production issues and ensure corrective action as an Executive Industrial Engineering.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure all style analyses are carried out, preparing relevant information on styles, including operation sequence, methods, SMV, machine, attachment requirements.
- Prepare yarn and thread consumptions at the costing stage and share size-wise yarn consumptions related to KPD products at the size set stage.
- Improve standard minute values and operation sequence through value engineering before new product integration.
- Maintain adherence to organizational standards, lead initiatives such as SOPs, compliance standards, health and safety, and 5S in day-to-day activities, including lean initiatives.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Degree in Physical Science or equivalent professional qualification from a recognized university.
- Minimum of 1 – 2 years’ experience in a similar discipline.
- Strong analytical skills.
