Job Description

Empower transformation by becoming a driving force of change at MAS. We are looking for a dedicated individual to resolve production issues and ensure corrective action as an Executive Industrial Engineering.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure all style analyses are carried out, preparing relevant information on styles, including operation sequence, methods, SMV, machine, attachment requirements.
• Prepare yarn and thread consumptions at the costing stage and share size-wise yarn consumptions related to KPD products at the size set stage.
• Improve standard minute values and operation sequence through value engineering before new product integration.
• Maintain adherence to organizational standards, lead initiatives such as SOPs, compliance standards, health and safety, and 5S in day-to-day activities, including lean initiatives.

Knowledge and Skills:

• Degree in Physical Science or equivalent professional qualification from a recognized university.
• Minimum of 1 – 2 years’ experience in a similar discipline.
• Strong analytical skills.
