Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Attend to all inquiries from Tourists and Local customers, ensuring a conversion rate above 80%.
- Develop a database for transport suppliers.
- Adherence to SOP.
- Achieve Annual targets for Inbound revenue, Pax, and income.
- Perform additional duties as requested by management.
Candidate Profile:
- 3-4 years’ experience in managing Inbound Tour operations.
- Design and develop Inbound Tour packages.
- Excellent industry knowledge, analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work independently for long hours.
- Comfortable in a highly computerized environment.
- Dynamic, target-oriented, with great relationships in Key Inbound Markets.
