Job Description
Company Summary
Our client, Gamage Recruiters, owns and manages multiple resorts in Sri Lanka. We are seeking talented individuals to join our team.
Package: 60-70K *
Requirements:
- Responsible for employee recruitment, onboarding, and documentation process
- Facilitate orientation sessions for new employees
- Manage payroll, EPF/ETF, and statutory payments
- Liaise with the Labour Department on EPF & ETF matters
- Handle offboarding process and exit interviews
- Address employee grievances and disciplinary matters
- Support Head of HR in all HR-related tasks
- Diploma/Degree in HR Management or similar
- Minimum 2+ years experience in HR, hotel industry experience preferred
- Proficient in MS Office, ability to multitask
- Excellent PR skills and proficiency in English required
