Job Description
The Job/ Responsibilities
This crucial role, under the guidance of the Manager HRIS Implementation, is focused on effectively implementing Mint HRM Solution for our corporate clientele. Responsibilities include ensuring top-notch service delivery, aiding HR teams in harmonizing their processes with our system, offering expert guidance, resolving HR-related issues, and conducting training sessions to empower client HR teams.
The Person
- A self-motivated individual with strong analytical skills
- Exceptional presentation, communication, and interpersonal abilities
- Pleasant demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills
Exposure and Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in managing HR operations in a corporate setting
- Degree/Diploma in Human Resource Management (Undergraduate applicants will be considered)
- Experience in Project Management is a plus
