Working under the supervision of the Human Resource Operations Head in Sri Lanka, this full-time position aims to enhance knowledge of company procedures and work ethic expansion.
Job Responsibilities
- Maintain physical personal files & all employee correspondence, ensuring digital copies are uploaded to HRIS profiles.
- Manage documentation for internal and external purposes, conduct regular audits, and internal reporting.
- Assist in orientation programs, onboarding, offboarding, QMS, and insurance.
- Support the development of HR strategies, practices, and effective procedures.
- Handle EPF, ETF registrations, and employee claims.
- Ensure staff adherence to company HR policies.
Job Requirements
- Degree in HR Management/Business Management.
- Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role.
- Excellent communication, administrative, reporting, and analytics skills.
- Computer literate with MS Office proficiency.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently, under pressure, and as part of a team.
