Job Description
Bio Foods (Pvt) Ltd. is a reputable organic and fair-trade company in Sri Lanka since 1993. We are seeking an Executive – HR to join our team at the Makandura factory. Key responsibilities include acting as the main HR representative, handling grievances, recruitment, payroll, training programs, and overseeing daily operations.
Qualifications & Skills Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or Business Management
- Minimum 2 years HR experience
- Factory work experience preferred
- Knowledge of HR functions and Labor laws
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proximity to Makandura, Pannala
