Role Description:
This full-time role in Colombo involves overseeing HR & Administration, employee relations, HR policies, and general housekeeping functions.
Qualifications:
- Diploma in HR & Administration or related field
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in the engineering or construction industry is a plus
