Job Description
Preliminary Objective
Responsible for ensuring the safety, health, and well-being within the organization. Develop and implement policies, conduct risk assessments, and promote health and wellness initiatives tailored to executive needs. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, foster a safety culture, and manage emergency preparedness.
Duties and responsibilities
- Develop and execute health and safety plans aligned with the company’s strategy.
- Establish a health and safety culture within the facility.
- Conduct training sessions on health and safety.
- Monitor standards, inspect operations, and propose preventive actions.
- Ensure compliance with OHS guidelines and implement safety measures for a safe workplace.
- Implement prevention measures, maintain accident statistics, and report to management.
Qualifications
- Diploma or professional qualification in Occupational Safety and Health.
- 1-2 years experience in a similar role.
- Knowledge of health and safety laws and regulations.
- Caring about employee health and safety.
- Ability to train others.
- Knowledge of infection control is an advantage.
