Job Description
The Job:
- Process orders from Account Managers via tools promptly.
- Support order reconciliations and share with relevant teams.
- Resolve queries and update stakeholders on order status.
- Share price lists and offers with AMs monthly.
- Assist customers with admin navigation and licensing.
- Guide AMs on best order processing practices.
- Drive process improvements and digitization.
The Person:
- Requires a Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.
- 1-2 years experience in order processing or customer support preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Tech-savvy with strong attention to detail.
- Can manage multiple tasks efficiently with organizational skills.
- Understanding of Microsoft operations and licensing is a plus.
