Job Description
Our client is seeking an experienced Executive Finance professional for a 6-month fixed-term contract at their Biyagama location. This temporary role provides an opportunity to make a significant impact within the organization.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Management, or Legal Studies.
- 3-4 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth understanding of corporate governance and compliance practices.
- Experience in the apparel industry is an advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft and validate agreements and LOAs.
- Prepare and validate board resolutions.
- Manage scheduling of Board Meetings.
- Prepare banking documentation and ensure compliance.
- Support communication between local and overseas units.
- Conduct risk assessments and maintain compliance.
- Serve as the liaison between Group Legal and drive initiatives.
- Maintain high standards for environmental, safety, and health practices.
