Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage daily utility requirements such as communication, electricity, fuel, water, and office equipment.
- Conduct inspections, oversee cleaning, and yard maintenance.
- Manage stores, inventory, and job record maintenance.
- Ensure adherence to security protocols and collaborate with the security manager.
- Maintain positive relationships with stakeholders.
- Implement EHS policy and enforce QMS.
Candidate Profile:
- Requires 3-4 years of facility management experience.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Professional Qualification in Facility Management.
- GCE A/L with a distinction pass in mathematics at GCE O/L.
