Role Description
This is a full-time Executive role based in Horana. The Executive will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, developing business strategies, managing key accounts, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards in the tea and food exports industry.
Qualifications
- Strong business acumen, strategic planning, and decision-making skills
- Experience in the tea or food export industry
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Knowledge of quality standards and certifications in the food industry
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop competitive strategies
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, International Business, or related field
- Proficiency in relevant languages for international trade is a plus
