Job Description
THE ROLE
- Act as the HR communications coordinator for the launch of special programs and events.
- Conduct surveys to measure employee satisfaction and morale across the group using various channels.
- Review survey results and assist in creating a workforce engagement strategy.
- Manage multiple engagement projects within set budget and quality standards.
- Coordinate and evaluate the effectiveness of the workforce engagement strategy.
- Create awareness about employee recognition and conduct recognition programs.
- Ensure engagement activities lead to happy, motivated employees.
- Execute assigned HR tasks promptly and efficiently.
THE REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree/Professional qualification in HR Management.
- Minimum 1 year experience in HR, especially in Employee Engagement.
- Enthusiastic attitude, willingness to travel, and ability to plan multiple programs.
- Inspiring personality, excellent team player with strong communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced professional environment.
- Fluency in trilingual is preferred.
