Job Description
Responsibilities
- Monitor online customer feedback and be the main point of contact for brand website and social media platforms
- Create & maintain website content, social media platforms, and ensure all content is up to date.
- Create & implement tactical offers to support specific products and target markets.
- Assist in managing PPC campaigns and SEO strategy.
- Manage day-to-day social media implementation and coordinate website activities.
Qualifications
- Advanced writing and editing skills, excellent proofreading abilities.
- Analytical skills using Google tools.
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to build rapport with partners.
