• Responsible for all documentation processes related to Exports & Imports in Liner/NVO and Freight Forwarding. • Communicate effectively with customers, carriers, authorities, and overseas agents. • Adhere to deadlines for completing documentation tasks. • Strictly follow processes, protocols, and report promptly. • Maintain files, documents, checklists, and stats related to documentation.
