Job Description
Summary:
The responsibilities of a Digital Media Executive include liaising with all counterparts pertaining to sales, marketing, and media and delivering online promotional material, content, and captions in a timely manner. Attracting customers via online channels while bringing in leads is the main objective. You will be responsible for all inquiries, leads, and feedback received on all online channels.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Executing Meta, Google, and other online campaigns
- Measuring key performance indicators and evaluating regularly
- Working with internal designers and third-party agencies for timely content delivery
- Delivering campaigns as agreed within given timescales
- Responding to all online inquiries including Social Media messages, comments, emails, and more
- Handling online sales platforms and evaluating ROI
- Managing promotional activities and competitions
- Creating concepts for online content
- Any other duties assigned by management
Key Competencies:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Digital Media Specialist or similar role
- Degree or Diploma in IT, Marketing, or relevant field
- Good knowledge of various social media platforms and best practices
- Understanding of Digital Media KPIs
- Excellent language and content writing skills
