Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive – Customer Service/Logistics at Aodour in Colombo. The individual will be responsible for managing customer service operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, providing support, managing inbound shipping activities, and overseeing customer service management on a day-to-day basis.
Qualifications:
- Interpersonal Skills, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Support
- Customer Service and Customer Service Management skills
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in logistics or E-commerce is a plus
- Able to work with accuracy
