Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Experience Executive located in Nugegoda. Responsible for exceptional customer support, tracking customer engagement points.
Job Description:
- Manage inquiries via phone, email, social media, and walk-ins promptly
- Stay updated on programs, self-study, and provide information when needed
- Guide contact points for different companies in the building
- Represent core values and brand as the first point of contact
Qualifications:
- Minimum one year experience, education sector experience preferred
- Excellent communication and computer skills
- Fluency in English and Sinhala, Tamil proficiency a plus
- Strong interpersonal skills, enthusiasm, attention to detail
