The Job:

Seeking an Executive – Channel Operations to provide vital support to the bancassurance sales team, ensuring smooth operations and efficiency.

Key Accountability:

• Track sales performance metrics.
• Convert proposals to policies promptly.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints efficiently.
• Ensure accurate deposit transfers and dashboard management.
• Maintain marketing materials documentation.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management.
• 2–3 years’ channel operations/administration experience preferred.
• Insurance industry background is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Self-motivated team player.
