Job Description
The Job:
- Minimize operational costs & losses due to operational lapses & inadequate procedures.
- Maintain healthy team relationships to achieve agreed SLAs.
- Complete & assist in the end-to-end process of Card Issuance, ensuring timely distribution of card applications.
- Maintain minimal error rates to prevent operational and reputation loss.
- Provide requested information for MIS & Reporting.
- Adhere to internal audit, external audit & regulatory compliance.
- Participate in training & e-learning for skill enhancement.
The Person:
- Full or part qualification in Banking or equivalent.
- Minimum of 5 years’ banking experience.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, time management, and customer service skills.
- Decisive and proactive with ability to work under pressure.
