Job Description
Drive business excellence maturity by training, coaching, and mentoring individuals on improvement tools and techniques.
- Coordinate knowledge sharing on tools, techniques, and quality principles.
- Assess candidate’s knowledge and abilities, guide them to achieve objectives.
- Conduct Business Excellence Maturity Assessments, ensure ICE Framework measures are in place, and drive continuous improvement.
- Act as a change management agent, develop ROI business cases, and implement projects involving process improvements.
- Perform additional duties as requested by management.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- BSc degree in Management/Statistics/Operation Research preferred
- 1-3 years relevant experience
- Additional certifications in IT/CIMA/Lean/Six-Sigma would be advantageous
- Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills in Sinhala & English
