Drive business excellence maturity in organisations by training, coaching, and mentoring potential individuals on tools and techniques to improve businesses sustainably. Coordinate to share knowledge effectively on tools, techniques, and quality principals. Assess candidates’ knowledge and ability through assessments. Guide and mentor to achieve objectives and perform Business Excellence Maturity Assessments. Drive Implementation of measures, ensure sustainable monitoring, set targets, and drive continuous improvement. Convince teams of benefits and guide execution of changes.
